What we'll ask for
- A photo ID that matches the vehicle registration, or
- The vehicle's make, model, color, and license plate, plus
- Your name and phone number as given at drop-off.
If you received a digital ticket by text or email, finding that message is the fastest path — it ties you to the vehicle instantly.
Why the extra step
Verifying ownership protects you. We will never release a vehicle to someone who can't establish it's theirs — that's the same care we'd want for our own families.
