Who drives your car
Every attendant is vetted, trained, and on a managed shift. We drive guests’ vehicles only to park or retrieve them, at a walking pace, by the shortest safe route — never anywhere else.
How your keys are handled
Keys are tagged to your ticket the moment we take them and stored in a secure, attended key box. Only on-shift staff have access, and we reconcile keys against open tickets before closing each night.
Documented condition
When warranted, we capture timestamped condition photos before a vehicle leaves our care, so your car’s state is on the record. It’s the same care we’d want for our own families’ cars. “Seek first the kingdom of God” — Matthew 6:33 is the standard we hold ourselves to, every shift.
