Getting Started

How Valet Parking Works

From the moment you pull up to the moment you drive off — what to expect.

The hand-off

Pull up to the valet stand and a uniformed attendant will greet you. Put your car in park, gather your belongings, and let us know if there's anything we should know about your vehicle. We'll note your car's details and hand you a ticket — these days, that's usually a digital ticket sent to your phone.

While you're away

Your keys are tagged and stored securely in a monitored key box. Only on-shift, vetted attendants handle vehicles, and we drive every car at a walking pace by the shortest safe route to its spot.

Getting your car back

When you're ready, request your car — tap the link on your digital ticket, hand your ticket to an attendant, or just give us a few minutes' notice. We'll have it waiting at the curb. See How to Get Your Car Back for the fastest options.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to leave my keys?

Yes — we need the key to park and retrieve your car. We tag it with your ticket number and store it in a secure, attended key box. Only on-shift staff ever handle it.

How long does pickup take?

Usually just a few minutes. If you give us a little notice through your digital ticket, your car is often waiting before you reach the curb.

Is valet safe for my car?

Yes. We hire vetted, trained attendants, drive at walking pace, and document vehicle condition. See Is My Car Safe With Valet? for details.
