If you gave us a phone number or email at drop-off, you have a digital ticket. Open it and tap Request My Car — your request goes straight to the valet team and we start pulling your vehicle right away. You'll see it move from parked to on the way to ready.

At the stand

No phone handy? Just hand your ticket to any attendant at the valet stand and we'll take it from there. Give us a few minutes during a busy rush.

Call ahead

Heading out soon? Call 877-908-8271 with your ticket number and venue, and we'll have your car ready when you reach the curb.

What if I can't find my digital ticket?

How early should I request my car?

A few minutes is plenty for most events. On a busy night or for a large venue, five to ten minutes ahead keeps your wait near zero.

Can someone else pick up my car?

For everyone’s security we release a vehicle only to the ticket holder or with the owner’s clear authorization. If plans change, call us and we’ll help.
