Our team is happy to help guests with mobility needs at drop-off and pickup — steadying a hand, retrieving a wheelchair or walker from the vehicle, or bringing your car as close to the entrance as the venue allows.

Accessible & adapted vehicles

If your vehicle has hand controls, a ramp, a lift, or other adaptations, please let us know how you’d like it handled. Many guests with adapted vehicles prefer to keep their car nearby or handle entry themselves — whatever works best for you, just tell us.

Service animals & equipment

Service animals are always welcome, and we’ll take care that any medical equipment or mobility devices in your vehicle are handled gently and returned exactly as you need them.

Can you bring my car right to the door?

We’ll get your vehicle as close to the entrance as the venue safely allows, and we’re glad to help you in and out. Just let the attendant know.

I drive a vehicle with hand controls — can you still valet it?
