Park guest vehicles safely, greet guests with discipline, run keys, and represent the venue brand. Most shifts are 4-8 hours. Weekends + evenings preferred.
$16–$19 / hour · Plus tip pool share + lead-shift bonus
Run the valet stand at a single property or event. Lead valet for every 8 attendants. Coordinate radio, manage key control, train new valets, escalate to the account manager.
$45,000–$60,000 / year · Plus quarterly performance bonus
Own one or more Huntsville properties end-to-end. Schedule the crew, run the weekly KPI report, coordinate with venue management, handle hiring + payroll signoff. Reports to the regional manager.

Base wage is $10-13/hour for attendants, plus tips. Cash tips go directly to the valet; card tips run through payroll. Most attendants take home $18-25/hour effective rate including tips on event nights.
Flexible. We staff 3-12 hour shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays. Tell us your availability in the application; we build the schedule around the team. Full-time and part-time both available.
No — we run a paid 3-shift onboarding for every new valet. Drive a manual transmission? Helpful but not required. Customer-facing experience is more important.
W-2 for everyone. Workers’ comp, weekly payroll, taxes handled. Some special events run as 1099 supplementary work for non-roster valets — your call.
Valet → Lead Valet (~12 months strong performance) → Site Manager (~2 years lead). We promote from within first. Manager track includes quarterly performance bonus and salary.
From application to first paid shift: typically 5-7 days. Application → phone screen → MVR + background check → onboarding (paid) → first solo shift.
